A Letter From Our Founder

Hello Friend!

That young man to the left is me about 20 years ago as a centerfielder for the Chicago White Sox. Wow, how time flies! I remember at that age competing against the world’s best baseball players and doing everything to keep my mind focused and body balanced. It was way back then in baseball that I was given the nickname “Singy” which is derived from my last name Singleton. Although I’m no longer a professional baseball player, friends still call me Singy and it’s still very important that I stay sharp and healthy.

Today as a certified health & nutrition coach, certified energy medicine specialist, and holistic health advocate… Singy’s Plant Medicinals was born out of a desire to help people live better, fuller, and longer.

During my health coaching journey, I’ve had the humble honor of providing alternative therapies to individuals that are battling cancer, recovering from a stroke, and trying to heal from surgery. I understand how powerful plant medicines can be, especially when an individual combines them with a positive outlook and a genuine faith in God.
